It's only if you try to romance both of them at the same time that you're going to end up having problems. Notably, you can pursue every other available woman in the game without it having an impact on your relationship with either Triss or Yennefer. (And sadly, you cannot yet court Dandelion.)
Every other romance in Witcher III is doomed to remain a short-term arrangement at best. Your two main choices for a long-term partner are Triss and Yennefer, both of whom have a special character ending (as well as special DLC outfits).
